You may browse our catalog by item size and type, simply by clicking on the categories at the left of your screen. This will show you a thumbnail photo and description of all items in the category (such as 10 different palms). Click on any item in the category display to see a larger photo and item details (this brings you to the item detail page). Once you have selected the item you wish to order, you can add to a shopping cart at the item detail page. On this page, you can choose attributes such as leaf color (if available) and the standard decorative container color (select "upgrade container" if you will be purchasing an additional container). Once you have selected your container and other attributions, select your quantity and click add to cart. If you are interested in an upgrade container, you will see these below the plant (ones that are suitable for this plant). You can check the "Include in order" box, then scroll down for the Add to Basket button. You may also click on the photo of the container to see more of the item description and shipping time. You can also click on the link for "Container page" to see all options for upgrade containers. You can continue shopping, or choose "Checkout now" to finish your order. Orders by phone, fax, or mail You may place an order by phone during our normal business hours, M-F 9 am to 5 pm, EST. Call our toll free number, 800.994.7697. Orders can also be faxed to 716-691-5102 or mailed to: Order Department, Carefree Green, 165 Creekside Dr #100, Buffalo NY 14228. Please note that orders paid by check will be held until the check has cleared our bank account in Buffalo, New York. If payment has not been received 15 days from the date of order, the order will be cancelled. Order confirmation You will receive emails to update you on the status of your order, including a) confirming the receipt of your order, b) any changes to the original confirmation (such as item availability); and c) final notice of actual shipping date. Accepted payments We accept major credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express), personal or corporate checks, and money orders as payment. Orders that are paid by check will be held for shipment until check has cleared our bank account in Buffalo New York. We reserve the right to delay the processing of these orders until payment has been received. Commercial purchase orders can be accepted to place the order, but full payment must be received prior to order shipment. If payment has not been received 15 days from the date of order, the order will be cancelled. Sales tax information As a business in New York State, we must collect New York State sales tax on all retail orders. The sales tax percentage is based upon the county the merchandise ships from (Erie County), and will be calculated upon check out. For wholesale orders or exempt customers, we must have a valid sales tax exempt form on file before order is placed, or applicable sales tax will be added to the order. |
