Return policy
At Carefree Green, we want to provide you the best quality and most attractive silk plants. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund (per terms below).

To obtain a return request, we must be notified by email or phone, to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Merchandise must be received back at our warehouse within 30 days from the date your item was delivered to you ("original delivery date"), see details below). Items returned without an RMA number may not be able to be connected to your order to receive a refund.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost, packing, and arrangements to ship merchandise back to our warehouse.

If merchandise is returned in new condition and in accordance with our return policy, a credit equal to the item price paid, and minus any *restocking fees (see this section below) will be made in the same manner of payment (credit card, check). Credits are often issued the week we receive your return, but always within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise.

*Restocking fees:

• There is no (0%) restocking fee for merchandise returned in good condition, in accordance with our return policy.
  
• For merchandise received 31-45 days after original delivery date, subject to 35% restocking fee.
  
• There is no return credit for items received 45 days or more after original delivery date (i.e., 100% restocking fee) .
  
• Christmas merchandise returns must be received at our warehouse by November 20, no refund will be given for items returned after this date.
  
• Items that are listed as a SPECIAL ORDER or are a custom design are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Special order items will state this in the product description, custom orders are any item that is not listed on our website at the time of order.
  
• If items are shipped with free or reduced shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from the total refund.
  
• Returns of more than one item that total over $750 are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
  
• Items that are returned dirty, worn or damaged (unless reported in accordance with our damage notification policy) may not receive a credit or will receive a partial credit. The amount of this credit is at the discretion of Carefree Green.

Order cancellation/ refusal of shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for no charge. If the order has been prepared at the time of cancellation, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee.

If the order has been shipped, if you refuse the shipment you will be charged the original delivery charge, plus the return delivery cost and a 10% cancellation fee. If you receive the shipment, the return policy will be in effect.
